1. The color of the film color mark is too light, the film drive is off-track, or the color mark tracking is not performed when the color mark is moved at the cutting position, please refer to the following maintenance instructions. Adjust the sensitivity manually in the packaging machine. In the man-machine dialogue interface, switch the tracking mode to "tracking cut".

2. If the solid-state circuit breaker burns out, the temperature controller is damaged, and the heat resistance is damaged, the thermometer will lose its temperature control. The maintenance method is the replacement of the electric couple, the replacement of the temperature controller and the replacement of the heater.

3. If the knife board is too high or too low, the packaging speed is too fast or the push rod is out of sync with the cutter, the cutter will cut the product. The maintenance method is to reduce the packing rate and adjust the height of the end seal to form a seal. The center of the knife is in the middle of the product height.

4. If the temperature is too high, the speed is slow and the surface layer of the coating has poor heat resistance, the repair method to leave scorch marks on the seal is to adjust the speed to lower the temperature and change the material of the film.

5. The speed is too fast, and the heat-sealability of the inner layer of the film is poor. If the temperature is too low, the seal may leak or become unstable. The maintenance method is to slow down the speed, increase the temperature and replace the film material.

6. The air pressure is wrong, the cylinder pendulum rod falls off, the heating temperature is low, and the heat seal is not parallel. The maintenance method is to adjust the flatness and temperature. And adjust the air pressure to make it more difficult.
