Features and principles of packaging machinery and equipment

Features of the packaging machine: The supply cylinder for packaging materials is installed in the bag making machine, and the materials are bagged and filled vertically from top to bottom. Packaging machinery and equipment are mainly composed of weighing device, transmission system, horizontal and vertical sealing device, forming machine, filling tube and film drawing mechanism.

The working principle is that the roll film placed on the supporting device is wound around the guide roller group, the tension device and the photoelectric detection control device detect the position of the packaging material trademark pattern, and the former is wound on the film ring. The tube is wrapped around the surface of the filling tube. First, a longitudinal heat sealer is used to heat seal the film vertically at the interface wound on the cylinder to obtain a sealed tube, and then the cylindrical film is moved to a horizontal heat sealer and sealed horizontally to form a packaging bag tube. The metering device fills the measured items into the packaging bag through the upper filling tube, and then is heat-sealed by the transverse heat sealer and cut in the center to form the packaging bag unit body and at the same time form the bottom seal of the next tube bag.

The packaging machine has unlimited scalability at the application level and is widely used and has strong applicability.
